a young russian grand duchess, to escape a marriage arranged by her family, pretends to have already married a movie actor and circulates the photo of the alleged bridegroom. but when the relatives intervene things get complicated, but it is the fake husband, who has fallen in love in the meantime with the noblewoman, to fix things, to unload one of her intrusive girlfriend and to become her husband 'authentic'.
