The Woman in the Painting (1955)

mario and ranco, both pupils of the same class, belong to families of different social backgrounds: the first is the son of workers, the second of a diplomat. after initial misunderstandings the two become inseparable friends so that, when franco is forced to leave the capital for a transfer of his father, mario manages to convince his parents to remain a guest of his family. it will be a bad episode, of which mario is responsible, to drive them away. franco will leave to reach his family, with the knowledge that perhaps a good season of his life is gone forever.
