aurora sul mare (1935)

a man who killed a fascist in 1922, expatriates over the border. the son of the killed, who in the meantime remained an orphan even of a mother, is gathered and educated among the table-top sailors. twelve years after the murder, the homicide repatriated clandestinely throwing himself into the sea from a ship not far from the italian coasts. in the process of drowning, he is rescued by his victim's son and by other sailors who have fled. decorated with a medal of value for his act of courage, the young man comes to discover the identity of the one who saved and is not able to forgive him. the man, disheartened, resumes his sad wandering.
