a mayor forbids the use of motorscooters and then the owners indicate a protest. an advertiser takes the ball and launches the idea, welcomed with enthusiasm, of organizing a tour of italy on a motorbike reserved for girls. the race takes place between adventures, loves and mishaps, but with great satisfaction of all, including mayor.
