birthday girl (2001)

a bank clerk welcomes a russian girl home through internet ads. she doesn't know a word of english and he doesn't know russian. it seems the start of a love story but soon two friends of the girl burst onto the scene and it turns out that in reality the three are a gang of thieves and the unfortunate clerk is their medium for a bank robbery.
