Buffalo '66 (1998)

after five years in prison, billy brown is a free man. he told the unsuspecting parents that he had worked on a secret mission on behalf of the government and even invented a wife. to cover up the lie he has no choice but to kidnap a girl and choose layla, a particular person who not only does not rebel against kidnapping, but perfectly plays the part of the new bride, winning the in-laws' sympathies. but this does not reassure billy, who, once again wounded by his own indifference, decides to commit suicide. but not before he took revenge on scott woods, the football player who lost a game was the cause of his arrest. the only hope for billy's recovery comes layla.
