final destination 3 (2006)

in what should be one of the happiest days of his life, wendy joins her friends to celebrate graduating from an amusement park in the city. as they are about to climb a roller coaster, wendy suddenly becomes fearful. her boyfriend jason reassures her by telling her that what causes her nervousness is simply the fact that she has no control over the carousel. wendy then forces herself but as soon as the carousel's safety harness lowers over her to protect her, wendy experiences the premonitory feeling that a fatal roller coaster accident will lead to her death and her friends. shaken by this terrible vision and still on the launch pad, wendy screams and asks aloud for her to get off. her schoolmate, kevin who is sitting next to her, feels compelled to accompany her. while they are coming down from the carousel, lewis taunts kevin, giving him a coward. the insults then turn into a fight and a small group of students is sent down from the carousel. while the boys look at the roller coasters from below, wendy's premonition becomes tragically real: the tracks of the carousel derail and lose control, and everyone on board dies. those who survive the disaster discover that it is hard to escape destiny. they were destined to die and at death it is difficult to escape: it is not long before death claims its next victims, and it is through this tragedy that wendy understands that the clues leading to the next victims are contained in the picture they took of the playground that fateful evening. while wendy and kevin are trying desperately to interpret the clues that can save their lives, their friends one by one make a terrible death .. and their turn is coming.
