sentimental skirmishes, amorous and equivocal quarrels between an engineer from america who was sent by his principal to track down his niece, her friend, the aforementioned niece and her boyfriend. in the end the engineer, after having carefully weighed the depth of his feelings, had his girlfriend withdrawn and, after the principal's niece broke off the engagement, asked the girl to show his wife.
