in court, in order to exonerate a man who killed his wife's alleged lover, the latter confesses non-existent adultery. the man is acquitted but between the two spouses a big reason for friction is created, which causes considerable psychological complications. but soon everything settles down because his wife confesses that she herself caused the tragedy by writing some anonymous letters in the throes of mad jealousy.
