holy smoke (1999)

the australian ruth goes to india in search of new existential dimensions and meets a guru who has a profound influence on her. the alarmed family takes her home and hires p.j. waters, an american psychologist specializing in the fight against sects. everything could be resolved in a few hours, but the roles are reversed and ruth leads the professional in an extreme game of will and temptation.
