i due sergenti (1951)

two guitti, who are representing the comedy 'the two sergeants' in a village, are mistaken for thieves and arrested. they flee and end up in a military camp where they wear the uniforms of two real sergeants, abandoning the fake ones of the play. after countless comical situations caused by the clothes worn, the two clarify their position and collaborate in the capture of the two real thieves.
