i miliardari (1956)

the father, very rich, wants at all costs that his son look for a woman of his rank, but he loves a poor employee who lives with a child, born of their relationship, very sick. then the father, skipping any preconception, accepts the marriage of the two lovers and calls a luminary to heal the child.
