the resistance lived in first person and told through the eyes of a group of university students. gigi, simonetta, enrico and their companions, are a group of vicenza students, in their early twenties, who, having asked for the 8th of september 1943, decide to resist the nazi invasion with their weapons. a particular struggle fought by those who, up until the day before, didn't care about school books. this is why gigi and his friends will put everything into this experience: courage, intelligence, great common passions, but also painful personal travails.
