Man on the Train (2002)

in a provincial city station a man gets off a local train. his name is milan and, in search of an aspirin, he meets manesquier, an elderly retired french professor. the two feel connected by a profound mutual sympathy, perhaps each would have liked the life of the other. in three days milan has to rob a local bank and manesquier has to operate on the coronaries. three days to get to know each other before jumping into the dark.
