la danza del fuoco (1943)

a fallen noble woman, separated from her husband, lives a double life making the dancer at night in order to keep her daughter in a decent school. when she comes out of the college she gets engaged to the son of a baron, but everything is about to go to pieces because the identity of the girl's mother comes to the surface and the young man's parents do not wish to be related to the daughter of a dancer. but the woman's husband introduces himself and publicly rehabilitates her to die shortly afterwards in order to redeem the offense made to his honor.
