simona, an aerobics teacher, is married to marco, an aeronautical engineer, nice and superficial with a great passion for everything that goes by motor. dissatisfied with the quiet marital routine, the woman ends up being attracted by transgressive desires, erotic fantasies that are getting stronger and stronger. she tries in vain to involve her husband. after some futile attempts, the marital crisis explodes, leaving both of them in misery. simona herself, launched into a series of increasingly strong experiences, ends up understanding that only by returning to marco will she find the lost balance.
