russ richards is a snowmobile salesman, as well as a celebrated local tv weather forecast, who has fallen out of favor due to the unexpected mildness of winter. to cope with the crisis, russ asks help from his friend gig who offers him the chance to make up the television lottery, guiding the hands of crystal latroy, the blonde who extracts the numbers.
