man from god's country (1958)

dan is a sheriff who gave up the star after killing a man in self-defense. he joins his former arms mate jack to go to the farm, but is mistaken for a railway official. the owner of the local transport company pays jack to take him out. he begs his friend to leave, but dan refuses and decides to confront the client to free the city from his yoke.
