dean, a former treasury ministry agent, and his girlfriend decided to get married. since both are separated, they organize a guided tour of the ministry to bring their children together. during the visit, dean meets his former colleague quentin darby, exasperated because he was fired. while they are talking, darby opens fire and unleashes hell. dean takes little to understand that the man is the head of an organized gang, whose purpose is to steal the stubs of the banknotes kept within the ministry.
