reign of fire (2002)

very ancient dragons still live in a london underground tunnel. for a fatal error of a builder they are awakened and in a short time they impose the domain of fire on humanity. years later the woman's son, a former fireman, tries to resist with a handful of desperate attacks from the sky and allies himself with an american soldier convinced he knows how to destroy winged creatures.
