romeo and juliet (1954)

romeo montecchi and giulietta capuleti love each other despite their two families being rival acerrieme and marrying in secret. romeo, provoked, kills rival tebaldo in a duel and is expelled from verona. giulietta, to avoid the marriage imposed on her by her father, pretends to be a mortor drinking a powerful narcotic, but a fatal misunderstanding will arise for the two spouses.
