Runaway Bride (1999)

ike graham, a new york journalist in crisis, hears about a young woman who has left the betrothed on the altar three times and inserts it into her column. the girl, maggie carpenter, furiously denies the news and ike is fired by his boss and his ex-wife. the reporter has no choice but to go and see for himself the reliability of the sources. maggie can't wait to get back at him. between resentments and skirmishes the meeting will leave its mark in the lives of both.
