nafas, of aghane origin who emigrated to canada where she works as a journalist, received a letter from her sister who told her of her intention to kill herself before the imminent solar eclipse. having crossed the border with iran, the woman tries to reach her birthplace, thus beginning a tiring and desperate odyssey, between the struggle for everyone's survival and some exciting encounters. in an environment where everything, even the simplest as caring for a small illness, becomes complicated to an incredible extent.
