ollie is suffering from a strange disease that prevents him from hearing the sound of trumpets. since he works in these tools, the doctor recommends a trip to the beach. accompanied by stanlio, ollio will find himself, without knowing it, on the high seas on a boat where a dangerous fugitive has taken refuge.
