after getting a promise from endora not to use her magical powers, samantha organizes a dinner to introduce her mother to darrin's parents. frank stephens recently retired and it depresses him a little, but the fascinating endora, who knows how to bewitch even without using magic, manages to rekindle in him the will to live, making poor phyllis jealous.
