Spy Game (2001)

bishop is a friend and colleague of agent nathan muir from the time of the vietnam war until the end of the cold war. when muir is now determined to leave the agency and move to private life, he is recalled on a mission to save the skin of his friend locked up in a prison in china and sentenced to death for espionage. muir has only twenty-four hours to act.
