stranger on the prowl (1952)

a man needs money to attempt a clandestine embarkation and he finds nothing better than to rob and kill a poor shopkeeper. in the same shop, a little boy had stolen a bottle of milk just before. the two find themselves together in the escape, both convinced they are in the sights of the police. after wandering around the city they are joined by their pursuers. to save the life of the agazzino, the murderer lets himself be killed by the police.
