a team of surgeons had badly operated on his beloved wife and had left her in the operating room, giving her for dead. mad with pain, dr. phibes ingeniously prepares the final recipe to carry out his revenge. inspired by the bible, phibes devises a series of old testament atrocities: from the plague of locusts to the attack of rats, which will strike his enemies.
