in the not too distant future, the usa is a melting pot of different races: mexicans have broken through the frontiers of california, while rhode island is entirely occupied by the chinese. an ethnic hodgepodge that the idaho state governor farley does not like. and so when, after a nuclear war between pakistan and india, a plane full of small pakistani orphans asks to land in its state, farley refuses all hospitality and closes the borders. but the real fuse that triggers the disaster is a misunderstanding reported by the news net tv network, whose ratings are good and bad even in the most serious political decisions. thus, when the governor says 'succession', the word 'secession' is broadcasted, and the second american civil war can no longer be avoided.
