Tutto in quella notte (2004)

marco, about to leave with his wife lucia for a week's vacation in new york, reluctantly agrees to leave the keys of the house to giorgio, his dear friend, as well as the husband of daniela, lucia's sister. giorgio wants to spend a "hot" night with gloria, a friend she has just met. marco recommends with his friend that he pay close attention to the house, left in good order by helena, the cleaning lady. helena tells her boyfriend enzo that marco and lucia have left and have paid her the entire week's work even if she doesn't have to go there. but enzo is on the hunt for a much higher sum to settle his debts with a kind of usurer and subtracts the keys to the apartment from the bag of the unsuspecting helena. gloria and giorgio, after a romantic dinner, go to the 'borrowed' apartment. enzo is inside and has already found a couple of gold rolexes. suddenly he hears the sound of the keys turning in the lock, he gets alarmed, he desperately looks for a hiding place. the topical moment of the story comes when giorgio discovers enzo, and at the same time lucia from new york decides to call home to listen to any messages on the answering machine. in the grip of a terrible suspicion he telephones his sister daniela, giorgio's wife: is it possible that giorgio is at home in the middle of the night? daniela decides to go check. marco feels he is dying. alert giorgio, who plays the only card he has: to propose a pact to enzo. giorgio will not denounce him if enzo calms down in the shoes of any mr. giorgio. enzo accepts. but the decision will give him many surprises.
