Love on the Riviera (1958)

in rapallo, in summer, a young man without art or part woos a lady. the latter's daughter will succeed in ending the ambiguous relationship. a starlet looking for a good party falls in love with a lifeguard. a dreary manager of an opera singer finds an old flame. but he ends up suffering and accepting the vile blackmail of the singer and abandoning the stupid girl. a woman, host of a man who courts her insistently, realizes that everything takes place according to a script prepared by her husband, who hopes to exploit the situation to obtain a financial loan. a policeman and a thief, waiting for the train to take her back to france, discover a mutual sympathy that soon turns into love.
