two weeks before the election, the us president is involved in a sex scandal. conrad brean 'diversion expert' comes to save him from collapse. brean immediately proves to be up to the task and, with the help of stanley motts, an unscrupulous hollywood producer, manages to manipulate the media and create from nothing even the news of a war with albania.
