legally blonde 2: red, white and blonde (2003)

the second episode of the adventures of elle woods sees the famous and blonde female lawyer in the process of marrying her boyfriend emmett. when she discovers that the mother of her beloved chihuahua is a prisoner in a laboratory that uses her to test lipsticks and creams, and therefore cannot attend the wedding procession, elle immediately goes to washington and joins the verdi congresswoman, mrs rudd , committed to promoting a law that prohibits cosmetic experiments on animals. but politicians, you know, are very cynical and elle will have to find other ways to achieve their goals.
